RMA
If you need to send your product back to the manufacturer you have several options. If you would like us to send it for you and deal with shipping, and contacting the company the following is a list of the available prices:

 Before calling our RMA staff, be sure to have the specific invoice and problem ready. Removal of the serial number and/or EBC label sticker will immediately void the EBC warranty. No exceptions.

RMA Policies


 If you are dissatisfied with your product for any valid reason, and would like to return the item for credit or refund, (depending on how you paid), you must follow these guidelines:
 
 

  • Product must be returned with all original packaging. This includes any cables, CD's, manuals, or drivers that may have come with the product. 
  • Product must be returned in resalable condition, even if product is not properly working. 
  • Product must be returned with original invoice. No exceptions. 

Notes:

Products with physical damage will not be accepted for return. 

  • If the product is received with physical damage, EBC must be notified within 24 hours of invoice date. 
  • Any physical damage that occurs due to customer usage will not be accepted for return. 

 

Concerning packaging material:

  • Returns on products that do not contain full packaging will be charged a 25% re-packaging fee, likewise all CPU packages will be charged a 50% re-packaging fee. 
  • EBC does not accept any items for return after 30 days from the original invoice. Credits or refunds given are based upon the lower price of both the invoice price and the current price. 

Receiving Payment for Returns:

  • If item was paid for by personal check, credit card, or cash 
    • EBC Computers in store credit will be issued
    • Or a check will be issued within 72 hours of return made out to account holders name to be picked up by authorized persons on the account or mailed out to account holder from address on customers account 
    • Return on credit cards  
    • Op to $100.00 in cash  

       

Obtaining an RMA number:
Before obtaining an RMA number, you must first fill out the RMA request form, and fax it to EBC's RMA Department at 801.886.0100 ext 142. 

  • Any RMA form that is not properly filled out will be automatically rejected. 
  • All items must be received by EBC 15 days before expiration of EBC warranty. Any item received after that time will not be guaranteed for replacement or repair. 
  • Any items received without an RMA number will not be accepted. 
  • Only 1 item per RMA form is allowed, any with more than 1 item will be rejected. 
  • In order for your RMA to be accepted, you must follow these guidelines: 
    • Product must be within EBC's warranty. 
    • Monitors must include original packaging material, $30.00 will be charged if original packaging is not present. 
    • Invoice must be present. Any items without an invoice will not be accepted. 
    • Any product that has the EBC sticker and/or serial label illegible or removed is not accepted. 

Shipping Instructions:

  • Once the RMA form is completed properly, you must fax it along with a copy of your invoice. 
  • Wait for our RMA department to contact you with the RMA number. 
  • All RMA requests must be received by 1 P.M. in order to receive an RMA number the same day. 
  • If you do not receive an RMA number by the end of your request date, please call the RMA department during business hours and confirm that they received your fax, and ask about receiving your RMA number. 
    • If EBC's RMA department receives your item after the EBC warranty expires, your item will be returned to you as is. 
  • Upon receiving the RMA number: 
    • Package your product inside the box with proper packaging material. 
    • A copy of your RMA form must be present upon arrival with your product. 
    • You must write your RMA number on the top of the box and also on 2 sides of the box. 
    • Ship us your package. EBC's RMA department does not pay for shipping costs for us to receive it, however we do pay to ship it back. 
    • EBC's RMA department always ships back via UPS or FEDEX. 
  • Once we receive your package, we will send the product(s) to our technical support department where they will test the nature of the problem, if an item is found to have no problem based upon the described problem, we will return the item. 
  • If your product is found to have a problem, we will send the product back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. 
  • If you would like to check the status of your RMA, contact the RMA department during business hours, and they'll take care of you. Please make sure you know your RMA number in that event. 

Walk-in Instructions:

  • Once you have completed the RMA form properly, bring it to us along with the original invoice. 
  • Upon receiving your product an RMA number will be assigned to you, please make sure you receive a new copy of the RMA form and that you are aware of your RMA number. 
  • We will send the product(s) to our technical support department where they will test the nature of the problem, if an item is found to have no problem based upon the described problem, we will return the item. 
  • If your product is found to have a problem, we will send the product back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. 
  • If you would like to check the status of your RMA, contact the RMA department during business hours, and they'll take care of you. Please make sure you know your RMA number in that event.
