EBC's Tech Support priorities are
to service, repair, and build systems. We do not offer phone
help of installation of particular items purchased at EBC. There
are not enough of them to satisfy those kinds of demands.
Should you need to reach tech support, you can do so through
sales (Ext 120) or the receptionist at 801.886.0100 ext120.
If you need help regarding a part you purchased at EBC, you may get
in touch with the manufacturer by email, their website,
or by their phone tech support. If you want EBC Tech Support
to service it, consult the price list for services and upgrades
below.
Turn around times for
tech services are as follows:
- Custom Builds: 72 hours
- Repairs: 24 to 72 hours
- Pre-Builds:72hours
- Services/Upgrades:
Usually while you wait. Call tech support for time estimate!
Odds are these times
will not be used fully, but in the event something goes bad on the initial
setup, then that extra
time comes in handy. For smaller services such as the ones listed below, contact sales to see what Tech
Support's current status is, and how long your desired service will take.
If you want your
system serviced, bring it in Monday through Friday during 10AM to 7
PM. If it's one of our systems that we built, you
can drop it off anytime for repair. Every situation is different, so please
contact sales for exact prices, and details.

*Our data Saver service is limited to backing up your
"My Documents" folder and outlook address book. Under no
circumstance can we save entire programs, or back up your entire system.
We will burn up to 2 CDs worth of your data. We
will not and can not recover systems infected with viruses, but we will
wipe your system of all data, and reload your O/S for the above listed
fee.
*Other O/S can be installed at your request, but are subject
to additional fees. Please ask a technical support representative.
